All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase.  If there is a problem with your item within this time frame, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to repair or replace your item free of charge. 

If your product is more than 1 year old and there is a problem with it, again please contact us and we will see what we can do to repair or replace it. 

Please note that all Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold products will tarnish over time and are supplied with a polishing cloth to keep them looking their best.  

When contacting us about your product please have your name, email address and order number available, this will allow us to find your order and deal with your request more efficiently.
