Terms & Conditions
Thank you for visiting our site. When you use our website either as a registered customer, or as a guest, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions which set out the basis on which you can place an order; the contract which is formed when we send goods to you; the after sales help you can expect from us; and how you may use our website.
Who We Are
RosaryBeads.co.uk ("site") is a trading name of Pulse Tech (UK) Ltd, and any references to "us", "we" and "our" in these terms are references to Pulse Tech (UK) Ltd. We are a limited company, incorporated in the UK, with limited company number 06482737 and VAT registration number GB 942 0747 28. Our registered office is 8 Blandfield Road, London, SW12 8BG and our trading address is Unit A501, The Biscuit Factory, Bermondsey, London, SE16 4DG. We're a registered member of the British Jewellery Association.
We know that speed is important to you. We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm the same day (Monday to Friday) or the next working day if it is a weekend or bank holiday. That includes orders for bracelets which require assembly. Engraved goods may take up to 2 working days longer to dispatch. At peak times of year (including November and December) dispatch times can take slightly longer.
Our standard delivery to the UK is Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1-2 working days. If you need goods in a hurry, we also offer Next Working Day delivery to the UK mainland.
We use airmail to ship orders to Europe and Worldwide. Delivery times to Europe are typically around 3 to 7 working days, and 5 to 14 working days for the rest of the world, however these may vary.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
30 Day Returns
Customers in the EU can cancel any order(s) (other than for customised goods) or return any goods, for any reason, within 30 days of the goods arriving. This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 7 day statutory cooling off period. If you would like to cancel goods you will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancelling and returning your goods. You must return goods to our returns address (Unit A501 the Biscuit Factory, 100 Clements Road, Bermondsey, SE16 4DG) and you are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, or process refunds for goods which have been personalised (including engraved, or stamped goods).
2 Year Warranty
All our goods come with a 2 year warranty covering material defects and production faults. During this time, we will repair or replace defective goods, or if this is not possible we will offer a refund.
Sometimes things can go missing in the post. If you order an item, and it has not turned up within 7 working days in the UK, 14 working days in the EU, or 20 working days in the Rest of World, then we will send out a replacement, and include a freepost returns envelope for you to return the original order if it does ever appear. If there is limited stock of the goods which you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss the best resolution.
Products and Prices
We try to ensure all the information on our site is accurate, however we sometimes make mistakes. All our product images, dimensions, weights, descriptions and photographs are approximate and may vary from one item to the next. You should not rely on these product specifications, and we will not be held liable for any incorrect information.
If we discover that any goods have incorrect information, including prices, due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and do not include any delivery charges. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if there has been a typographical error or omission in the published price whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, the recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes levied at the point of delivery.
Accepting Your Order
All goods displayed on the website are invitations to treat. When you place items in your cart and confirm an order; you make an offer to purchase those goods from us. You will receive a confirmation email, confirming your offer. The contract for the sale of the goods will be completed once that offer has been accepted by us. This acceptance occurs at the point at which we send an email confirmation to you confirming the dispatch of your goods. Until such time as the goods have been dispatched, there is no contract for the sale of goods. The offer will be deemed to be accepted in the UK, regardless of the country of residence of the servers in which your email inbox is stored.
